With over 20 years of experince in providing clients with individual attention for their individual needs, my practice consists of a number of areas within general civil ligitation. My first approach is to attempt to resolve the case and many, if not most, do resolve without trial. But I'll never resolve a client's matter short of getting the best I believe is possible for my clients.

I provide full service legal counseling for individuals who have suffered discrimination or harassment in the workplace. This includes discrimination based on gender, both male and female, race, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability and religion.
Alternatve Dispute Resolution
As a mediator for any of the areas listed above, I seek to help parties find a resolution that they are invested in and that addresses all of their interests. The process allows for a wider application of resolutions than litigation and provides a meaningful and healing interaction between the parties that hopefully reduces the expense both financial and emotional that can often times accompany a strict litigation model.
